Counselling helps you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, leading to improved mental health and relationships. The number of sessions depends on your goals. Your counselor will work with you to set and achieve these goals, fostering personal growth throughout the process.

All information you share with us is strictly confidential and will not be released without your written consent. Your name will not be used, and confidentiality will be maintained, except in the following situations:
Suspected child abuse or neglect
Compliance with child protection investigations
Threats of harm to yourself or others
While we prioritize confidentiality, please note that online communication is not 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee complete protection. If there is an imminent threat to your safety or others, we are ethically and legally obligated to inform someone. Your health and safety, as well as those around you, are our top priorities.

However, it can also bring up uncomfortable feelings and memories, sometimes making you feel worse before feeling better. Experimenting with new thoughts and behaviors may alter or disrupt relationships. Please share any fears, concerns, or doubts with us at any time during your sessions.

Payment is due before each session via Visa, MasterCard, PhonePe, or Google Pay. Contact us to make a payment. To change or cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice via email or phone. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
